A new idea that recently popped into my head while trying to put together a gift for a special person was a ‘message in a bottle’. Basically I had a small jar with a cork on the top and wrote a message on a piece of card and placed it in the bottle so that the message could be read by turning the jar around horizonatally and scolling down. Inside the jar, I also filled it with small stones just to fill the hollow middle part.
What do you think of the idea? Would you like to give someone special a simple but well thought of message? What if I gave you the choice to customise your message or choose from an already written selection? It could also be a replacement for the usual greeting cards. Something a bit more memorable and special?

Yes, I am still alive!
Been caught up with university and its just flown by. Got exams literally right around the corner and while I am meant to be studying, thought I would pop in for a bit.
Business has been slow as I am sure you might have realised. No updates on wordpress or flickr due to the lack of time. As summer is approaching and I have July-Oct off, its perfect timing for me to get the business up and running again!
A whole new collection has been planned out (Yes I am terrible at procrastinating when I am meant to be doing Uni work *ahem* ) but it should be done just before Eid.
I will try my best to give you all sneak previews of whats coming up but I do not want to ruin it all for you just yet! 
Another Bazaar is being planned for around Christmas time, filled with goodies to fill those stockings with!
I will be back and forth asking for opinions on my ideas and asking what you all think about them. After all, its the customers I want to satisfy

I know its been such a long time since I have updated but I have not had the time to sit down and do this properly!
Now that I’m finally free from Uni for a while, I thought it would be the best time to update and freshen this place up a bit!
First of all;

Thanks to those of you who attended my Bazaar back in November (wow, seems like it was only last week!). The support and turn out was superb and I do plan to have another bazaar some time in the next few months!
I have been working on new designs and ideas, and seem to be stocking up a lot more than I used to! Its a bit scary seeing everything vanish so fast but new creations are taking the place of the raw materials!
Photos of the latest items will be updated very shortly. I have been having a few issues with uploading photography but it is almost fixed!
I do plan to start an online sort of ‘auction’ which will allow readers to bid for a different item each week. The winner will then be able to purchase the product!
More details will be given when the pictures are finally uploaded properly for you all to see!!
You are all welcome to leave your ideas/suggestions and thoughts behind which will help develop more of what you would like to see and want! I have been working based on a lot of feedback, however, if you are still not finding something you like and want, please do let me know!
Hopefully 2008 will be a great new start for UneeQ to develop further and keep you all more up-to-date with whats been happening!
